This Website is provided for general information purposes about the ear wax removal services offered by Freeman Health Ltd trading as Clear Ears Wales. It is not intended to serve as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Nothing on this Website constitutes a clinical consultation, a diagnosis or a recommendation to undergo any particular treatment. If you have concerns about your health, please seek advice from a qualified medical professional or contact your GP.
3. Medical disclaimer
- The information published on this Website — including descriptions of procedures, aftercare guidance and educational content about ear health — is intended to be helpful and informative, but is provided for general guidance only.
Every patient’s ears and medical history are different. Decisions about whether and how to treat — including the choice between microsuction and irrigation — are always made on a case-by-case basis following a full clinical assessment at the time of appointment. Information on this Website does not substitute for that individual assessment.
Freeman Health Ltd is not responsible for any action taken or not taken on the basis of information on this Website.
We strongly advise that you:
- Complete your health questionnaire fully and accurately before your appointment
- Inform your practitioner of all relevant medical history, including ear surgery, perforated eardrum, current or recent ear infection, or any other condition that may affect treatment
- Contact your GP or call NHS 111 if you experience any symptoms of concern before, during or after treatment
4. Accuracy of information
We take care to ensure the information on this Website is accurate, current and clearly presented. However, Freeman Health Ltd makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness or fitness for purpose of any information published here.
Clinical best practice in ear care can evolve. We recommend raising specific clinical questions with your practitioner at the time of your appointment, rather than relying solely on information published on this Website.

- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
Any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited
Liability in connection with treatment services delivered in person is governed by our professional training, standards and insurance, and is not limited by this Website disclaimer.

This Website may contain links to third-party websites, including our online booking system (managepatients.com), our social media profiles and external NHS guidance pages. These links are provided for your convenience only.
Freeman Health Ltd is not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices or availability of any third-party website. A link to another website does not constitute an endorsement of that site or its content. You access third-party websites entirely at your own risk.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this Website — including text, images, graphics, the Clear Ears Wales name, logo and brand identity, and all other materials — is the property of Freeman Health Ltd, unless otherwise stated. All rights are reserved.

8. Online booking, deposits and cancellations
Appointments may be booked online through Manage Patients (managepatients.com). By completing a booking, you enter into a contract for the provision of ear wax removal services with Freeman Health Ltd trading as Clear Ears Wales.
8.1 Deposit
A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment slot. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.
8.2 Refund of deposit
Your deposit will be refunded in full if:
- Freeman Health Ltd cancels or reschedules your appointment
- We are unable to proceed with treatment following clinical assessment on the day (for example, if treatment would not be clinically safe)
8.4 Cancellation by us
In the unlikely event that Freeman Health Ltd needs to cancel or rearrange your appointment, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer an alternative appointment or a full refund of your deposit. We will not be liable for any additional costs you incur as a result of a cancellation made by us.
8.5 Treatment decisions
Making a booking does not guarantee that treatment will be carried out. A full clinical assessment is conducted at the start of every appointment. If, following that assessment, we determine that treatment cannot safely proceed, we will explain the reason clearly and your deposit will be refunded in full.
8.6 Payment on the day
The balance of the appointment fee (after deduction of your deposit) is payable on the day by card (contactless or chip & pin) or bank transfer. Payment details will be confirmed at the time of booking.

As a consumer receiving services from Freeman Health Ltd in the United Kingdom, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Services must be provided with reasonable care and skill, within a reasonable time and at a reasonable price (if not agreed in advance).
Nothing in this Legal Notice limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer. If you believe our services have fallen short of these standards, please contact us in the first instance so we have the opportunity to address the matter
